Artist and Owner of JG SWITZER, Jessica Switzer Green, is invited to join Homo Faber 2024. This is the inaugural year for USA artisans in which 57 were selected, with crafts ranging from paper making to textiles to ceramics, including our dear friend and talented ceramicist Nathan Lynch who was featured alongside Jessica in THE LILY TOO SHALL FUNCTION, a show by Studio AHEAD and the Jones Institute, SF.
THE MAKING OF: WATER FINDS A WAY III
Selected by Homo Faber, WATER FINDS A WAY is made through the artists method of hand painted felted wool with carded seaweed, Indigo dyed wool and raw fleece from the artist's flock. The journey of life wouldn't be possible without nature. WATER FINDS A WAY was piece was shown in the "Nature" room.
